Wishful Thinking is an ode to everything Tako-Kun currently wishes for. Constructing a reality formed by the beliefs of the best possible outcome but later denied as nothing but daydreams.

Wishful Thinking heavily focuses on the piano rather than synthesizers that are present on other tracks. The song is represented by a picture of a genie bottle.
